Style:
Mr. Alderman's preferred style is that of confidential facilitator through the use of in depth probing and listening to identify all areas of conflict as well as emotional issues that may need attention. When helpful, however, he is highly skilled for evaluative application in the areas of estate planning (trusts, probate, etc.), real estate disputes and business law issues.

Qualifications:
  • Thirty years of private practice in real estate, business law and estate planning

  • Professionally trained as a mediator through the University of Pepperdine School of Law

  • Negotiation training with the Negotiation Strategy Institute of Los Angeles, California

  • Previously served as panel chairman for arbitration of attorney/client fee disputes for the California Bar Association

  • Served as judge pro tem with the Los Angeles County Court System

  • Specially trained in communications and dialog enhancement through the Sandler Systems program in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Sun Bridge Strategies, Inc. in Orlando, Florida

  • Education includes: Bachelor of Science degree at Loyola University in Los Angeles, Jurist Doctorate Degree through Loyola University School of Law in Los Angeles, and membership in the Alpha Sigma Nu Academic Honor Society.

  • Present professional association memberships: Southern California Mediation Association, Los Angeles County Superior Court Civil Litigation and Probate Mediation Panels, Christian Legal Society, Wealth Counsel National Association of Estate Planning Attorneys.
